Build depends are :

libgnomecanvasmm2.0-dev, libgtop2-dev (>= 2.0.2-1.1),
libpanel-applet2-dev, libgconfmm2.0-dev, libgtkmm2.0-dev
But then, flex is part of build-essential, no ?
