The spheres-and-crystals GTK/Gnome2 theme (package gtk2-engines-spherecrystal) is said to be unmaintained by the upstream author. However, it still displays correctly (albeit a bit slowly) and it is the only complete (with stock icons, metacity theme and nautilus icons) Aqua-like theme we have.
