It's both unstable [1] and has regressions in functionality due to its
in-development status.

[1] There's a big difference between uploading 'beta' or 'release candidate'
quality packages to unstable as preparation for big migrations to uploading
unstable, in-development software. Most software authors have testing
vectors that don't involve distros, so even the "but it gets wider testing"
excuse is not a very good one. Plus Debian doesn't build with debugging
symbols, regardless of package stability. :-)
