Dear Remco, It has come to my attention that gthumb has been uninstallable in unstable for over a month (#178199, #180359) and that the package in unstable, i.e. 1.107-1 is severely out of date (#174911) and has now even been superseded by a 2.1.0 version for the GNOME 2.2 desktop. I am also aware that you did lose your private key in last year's Twente University fire. I hope you have recovered it. I am writing to you to ask if you just need someone to NMU any updated packages you may have. Are you still able to actively maintain it? If not, I am willing to adopt or co-maintain it if the need arises. Yours sincerely, Andrew "Netsnipe" Lau -- --------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Andrew "Netsnipe" Lau Computer Science & Student Rep, UNSW * * # apt-get into it Debian GNU/Linux Package Maintainer * * <netsnipe(+)debianplanet.org\0> <alau(+)cse.unsw.edu.au\0> * * GnuPG 1024D/2E8B68BD 0B77 73D0 4F3B F286 63F1 9F4A 9B24 C07D 2E8B 68BD * ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
