Users also don't need to read API documentation.  Speaking as the linc
maintainer, I'm more than happy to move the documentation to a more
appropriate directory (there's even a bug report on file), but I have
no plans to make the tiny amount of documentation involved into a
separate package.  There's too many packages as it is, IMAO. :)
