GNOME 2.4 sticky applet

For the unofficial packages, I got this to work by logging out, and 
killing gconfd-2 with great prejudice.  Also, I found the original
stickynotes_applet site, downloaded the source, and replaced the
stickynote schema in the unofficial packages with the one from the 
source, since there seemed to be a lot of differences in the diffs. 

The last step may or may not be necessary.  I didn't look at the 
schema differences too deeply.
