He may not've done actually, kneecaps@ntlworld.com is an old address.
kneecaps@debian.org or kneecaps@shockpulse.co.uk should work, and I've
drawn his attention to the renewed interest in ghex. Last time I told
him there was a 2.0 version to package, he said nobody used it. :D
