I can't find this menu "preferences du bureau"... The only place where I
can find how to change the font is in the gnome control center -> bureau
-> themes -> polices utilisateur

Yes, why not ? But I installed them and when I try to choose one of the
them in the themes, the result on the screen is very bad (not clean).
