Mmm, there seem to be only one mozilla-snapshot in the archive right now
(0.0.20020925.15.trunk-1), do you per chance have a link to the old
version somewhere ?

Yes, given the current situation, the dependencies should never have
allowed me to install galeon-snapshot, i think, and i guess that
depending on the right version of mozilla-snapshot would also have
stopped the removal from the archive of the older version you say is
working.
