gnome-session2 1.5.19-1

When I install gnome-session2 I get the following errors:

Setting up gnome-session2 (1.5.19-1) ...
Must set the GCONF_CONFIG_SOURCE environment variable
dpkg: error processing gnome-session2 (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Is this a packaging bug or a user bug?
