medusa: Please add Build-Depends

Please add Build-Depends.  You might start with: libgtk1.2-dev,
libgnome-vfs-dev, libxml-dev (libxml1-dev?), libesd-dev, libgnome-dev.

It really would help those of us not on i386 a lot if you would make a
habit of adding these to new packages!!
