New imlib 1.9.8.1 packages uploaded

Hi,

I finally got around to uploading the imlib 1.9.8.1 packages.  In
addition, I also patched the broken greyscale PNG support.  Eeyes, for
example, now correctly displays greyscale PNG images.  This is a nice
bug fix upload, so please let me know if there are any other problems.
