gnome packages without recent maintainer upload

gnome-utils in debian is  1.0.1-0.3.  Latest upstream is 1.0.12 from
Jul 29.

gnome-media in debian is 1.0.1-0.1.  Latest upstream is 1.0.9.1 from
Jul 15.

gnome-audio in debian is 1.0.0-0.1 which matches the upstream, but is
an NMU.

Do the maintainers to be for the top two mind me doing an NMU to get
them up to date?
