golang-github-golang-protobuf-1-3 and -1-5 status?

Are you tracking
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-github-golang-protobuf-1-3 and
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-github-golang-protobuf-1-5? Do
you have any plans on what to do next with them?

Should -1-3 be completely removed from Debian (and Ubuntu)?

Reinhart has some commits in -1-5, do you plan to upload them? Have
you noticed that this package Ubuntu migration is halted due to
autopkgtest failing with -1-3?

I wanted to check if you have any plans here or something in progress
before I do anything myself to ensure there is no conflicting work.
