licenserecon fails on MIT <-> Expat. My reading on [1] suggests that it is
OK to use expat on all of these unless the text differs from that of Expat.
I've also seen Expat used in the same way on multiple packages. I too have
used Expat when the language was verbatim matching.
Wikipedia says the same[2]:
