Part-1:

It does not seem to be that. I see several of

But this should be excluded anyway as you are not building that driver right?

I think you also need to pass in the TAGS to dh_auto_test. Here's an example for you

Part-2:

This is a different failure, unrelated to dependency stuff that rest of the log contains.
It is due to docker (library) version mismatch.

Try to replace types.ContainerStartOptions with container.StartOptions

I had done something similar for crowdsec here if this helps
