That's my impression as well. I agree that's a very solid goal and I
appreciate Otto putting efforts into it.

However, that works well with paid software developers having dedicated
time. I'm not sure if it also works equally well with volunteers who
work in scraps of time they find (which is why I defer that process of
formalizing it to Otto as he seems to have expertise in it).
