I did the last upload just as a part of bugfixing work. However, when I 
talked to Shengjing about it on IRC channel, they suggested to not 
release this package since this is a blockchain based package and not 
keeping it updated to latest version can result in netsplit.

This also has a fairly low popcon and IMO we can -rm it.

If there's still interest, I can try to dig in, but I feel it is not 
worth the investing the time.

Yep, that's what I remember as well.

Right - it seems the original code is split into different repositories 
and developed separately.
