Missing Packages for github-binwiederhier-ntfy

Hi,

I just started looking at an RFP #1078571 and changed it to ITP [1] for 'ntfy'.

The source package [2] has a combination of client, server, webapp and docs. To start off, I was thinking of packaging the client app first as server/webapp have even more dependencies and docs are mostly for the server.

I ran into a few missing packages and would appreciate any guidance here:

- github.com/olebedev/when - small library, should I ITP for it separately?

- github.com/urfave/cli/v2/altsrc - package golang-github-urfave-cli-v2-dev exists already, but altsrc package is specifically excluded from d/rules. How to deal with this? add it back in? Separate package?

- github.com/stripe/stripe-go - this I'm afraid is beyond my paygrade. It's massive. Is there a way to exclude stripe from the source package if I know how to patch it out or is this just ultimately incompatible until stripe is packaged?
