Looking at https://github.com/sigstore/sigstore-go/blob/v0.6.2/pkg/testing/data/data.go#L91
(the underlying function on that first test failure), it appears to be
reading example JSON data -- relevant to your other thread, do you
have the top-level "examples" folder included in your
"DH_GOLANG_INSTALL_EXTRA" variable? 👀
