That's because the go.mod file[1] says its name is "sptlrx", not
"github.com/raitonoberu/sptlrx", which is set in XS-Go-Import-Path in
d/control.
It is bad practice for upstream to use that name. It may work if you
change XS-Go-Import-Path to "sptlrx", but it should be globally unique
in the Debian archive.... Another way is to set DH_GOPKG[2] in d/rules
to override the value XS-Go-Import-Path.
