Closing out a FTBFS bug that no longer applies

  git-lfs has a FTBFS bug (#997544) that's open, but no longer applies
as there have been several uploads of newer versions of that package
and they have all built properly. I think that bug can just be closed
out, but wanted to ask first before I did so.
