Bug#972929: RFP: xe-guest-utilities

Hello,

xe-guest-utilities allow hypervisor admins to manage and monitor guests
using usual XCP-ng interfaces (Xen Orchestra, XCP-ng Center) and APIs.

Since they are mostly written in Go, I think that this might be the
right place to ask. They are already packaged in Ubuntu (
https://packages.ubuntu.com/focal/xe-guest-utilities), so this isn't
quite an RFP, but maybe some changes will be required. I would like to
help with packaging this if help is needed.
