ratt: Could not find InRelease file

Hi,

I can't make ratt works for me:

$ ratt -dist=sid golang-github-ghodss-yaml_1.0.0-2_amd64.changes
2019/03/17 21:05:57 Loading changes file

you missing unstable in your /etc/apt/sources.list?
