This is a dependency of docker.

This package deprecates the existing 'gotestyourself' package, as
upstream renamed it in 'gotest.tools'. 'gotestyourself' is still stuck
in the NEW queue, and has never been into unstable. I sent a request to
remove it from the NEW queue, and created a new package 'gotest.tools'
from scratch, I think it's the most simple in this case (ie. no need to
rename an existing package, and have a transitional package).
