Bug#1111805: ld.so.conf settings prefer /lib over /usr/lib (drop /lib from ld.so.conf entirely?)

Thanks I agree we can fix that. That said I consider the change as 
mostly cosmetic. I therefore don't see the point in fixing that in 
trixie as requested, for most libraries the issue exists since bookworm 
and went unnoticed. In addition changing a conffile in stable, with a 
risk of conflicts during upgrade, is better to be avoided if possible.
