Bug#1095101: locales: drop the file /etc/locale.alias
Package: locales
Version: 2.40-6
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
the file /etc/locale.alias has been deprecated for over a decade and
contains information that is considered harmful on modern systems,
because it links to non-UTF-8 locales.
Please stop unpacking it on debian.
Thank you.
