debian/rules.d/build.mk: present glibc with a compiler that does not default to -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_TIME_BITS=64, as upstream doesn't support this configuration. This has the consequence of hiding real issues found by the testsuite, but there is a consensus that this is the way to go for now. Thanks to Helmut Grohne for the hint and starting the discussion. debian/debhelper.in/glibc-doc.{links,manpages}, debian/local/manpages/pthread_*: drop the man pages for libpthread functions, as they are now included in manpages-dev. Closes: #1068188.
