Hi!

Now that Bullseye has been updated to 11.8 which has a dpkg version that supports
loong64 [1], we should be all set to be able to upload source packages that have
loong64 in their debian/control files.

Could you add build support for loong64 to glibc? The changes should be straight-
forward but feel free to take a look at the current glibc package in unreleased
which was built with loong64 support [2].
