Bug#953257: libc6: __libc_freeres triggers bad free in libdl if dlerror was not used

Package: libc6
Severity: normal
Tags: patch

Dear Maintainer,

I ran into this bug reported upstream at https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24476
for which a fix exists, which is back-ported to the relevant release
branches.

It's by no means critical, since it only seems to cause a lot of
messages when using valgrind, but it does make debugging significantly
harder (because the relevant bugs get lost in all the output).
