Indeed, and since version 2.26-4 it is no longer possible to try and
shoot yourself in the foot by installing both libc6-dev-amd64:i386 and
libc6-dev-i386:amd64, because libc6-amd64:i386 and libc6-i386:amd64
conflict with each other.
