Bug#902851: libc-bin: ldd stopped working with 32-bit binaries on amd64 machine

ldd stopped from working with 32-bit executables:

not a dynamic executable
bash$
We've already reported similar bug to Fedora:

I.e. it may be an upstream bug.
It all used to work some time ago on the Debian testing system, and it
works on
Debian stable and Debian oldstable systems.
