Update from upstream stable branch:
debian/patches/any/submitted-resolv-ipv6-nameservers.diff: replace by patch cvs-resolv-ipv6-nameservers.diff taken from upstream. This fixes mtr on systems using only IPv6 nameservers. Closes: #818281.
