The libc.so.6 exports __h_errno@@GLIBC_PRIVATE the same way in both
glibc 2.19 and 2.22 (and also in 2.21). So this error is clearly not a
missing symbol in libc.so.6.

Have you restarted kmail since the upgrade?

What are the other impacted packages? Could you please provide the
corresponding error messages?
