Log:
debian/patches/any/unsubmitted-scanf-includes.diff: replace the hack by
the upstream fix patches/any/cvs-bits-libc-stdio-lock.diff. This also
stop installing <bits/libc-lock.h> and <bits/stdio-lock.h>.  Closes:
#404532, #639697.
