Bug#781715: libc-bin: ldconfig crashes with SIGSEGV, with large kernel version value.

Control: severity -1 minor

The KERNEL_VERSION macro defined in <linux/version.h> limits the range
of the third component to 8 bits:

#define KERNEL_VERSION(a,b,c) (((a) << 16) + ((b) << 8) + (c))

So this is certainly not an important bug.

Ben.
