Bug#738544: wrong month name for February in de_AT: FebruAr

I have just committed a patch in our stable branch to fix that. It will
therefore be fixed in the next upload to wheezy if the stable release
manager are fine with the fix. We won't do an upload only for that, but 
as soon as we have more fixes, we will upload it.

This is the opposite opinion from bug#661760, which says that Feber is
incorrect. I do not want to flip flop regularly between the two
versions. Is there any "official" source showing that Feber or Februar
should be used?
