Bug#728113: [smartmontools] Fails to run on a Wheezy/Jessie mixed system

Hi,

I'm mildly confused about what the status/situation now is.
Reason being that I just upgraded various packages
*without* apt-listbugs yelling about a sufficiently grave situation of smartmontools,
with the result of having a broken upgrade,
which necessitated a (albeit simple) downgrade to fix things.

I'm somewhat surprised that apt-listbugs did not yell
(which would have been a good thing),
but this might have been due to it possibly triggering for >= "grave",
whereas this bug is currently (and possibly rightfully?) at "serious" rating
(--> https://www.debian.org/Bugs/).

So, given this bug's records/history
I don't know easily which dependency exactly is causing issues here.

I'm obviously not concerned about my local status - I can fix up things easily
(I'm now pondering doing some modifications in the libc6 / libselinux1 area).

I'd want to repeat the question asked initially,
"All the dependencies seem to be satisfied. Maybe they are not stated
correctly/strictly enough?".
If there's any clarification that's available and worth stating,
that would be great.

Thanks a ton for your highly appreciated work,

Andreas Mohr
