While it's a good practice to provide debugging symbols for libraries,
we can't provide debugging symbols for all binaries in the archive.
You can recompile glibc using DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=debug to get debugging
symbols.
I am therefore tagging this bug as wontfix.
