Package: tzdata
Version: 2013d-0wheezy1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

tzdata needs an update to fix incorrect dates for Morocco currently in effect.

What we currently have is this:

 $ zdump -v /usr/share/zoneinfo/Africa/Casablanca | grep 'Sep.*2013.*isdst'
 /usr/share/zoneinfo/Africa/Casablanca  Sun Sep 29 01:59:59 2013 UTC = Sun Sep 29 02:59:59 2013 WEST isdst=1 gmtoff=3600
 /usr/share/zoneinfo/Africa/Casablanca  Sun Sep 29 02:00:00 2013 UTC = Sun Sep 29 02:00:00 2013 WET isdst=0 gmtoff=0

As per a recent government decision on Sep 28th, what we need is this:

 Sun Oct 27 01:59:59 2013 UTC = Sun Oct 27 02:59:59 2013 WEST isdst=1 gmtoff=3600
 Sun Oct 27 02:00:00 2013 UTC = Sun Oct 27 02:00:00 2013 WET isdst=0 gmtoff=0

Source: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/clockchange.html?n=60

This update has already been integrated in Ubuntu, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tzdata/+bug/1233054

TIA for Moroccan people, and those who work with them! :-)
