Bug#727809: tzdata: DST data for Europe/Budapest is incorrect

Package: tzdata
Version: 2013d-0wheezy1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

After the Oct. 27 DST event the time changed to +1 hour instead of -1 hour.
It shows 11:28 instead of 9:28.

Thank You and Best Regards,
Viktor Kadas
