Bug#697467: libc-bin: rpcinfo is also provided by rpcbind. Dropping it from libc-bin ?

Hello libc-bin maintainer,

I just discover that libc-bin and rpcbind are both providing rpcinfo.
It doesn't seems to make much sens.

Any though on dropping it from libc-bin ?
