Bug#730092: Missing EFD_SEMAPHORE in bits/eventfd.h for sparc

There is no EFD_SEMAPHORE in
     /usr/include/sparc-linux-gnu/bits/eventfd.h

While for any other linux architecture, they have.
It make sheepdog failed to build on sparc.
