Today my dist-upgrade failed due to problems with configuration of
tzdata package:

antonm@deneb:~$ sudo dpkg --configure tzdata
Setting up tzdata (2012c-1) ...

Errors were encountered while processing:
 tzdata

Please let me know if any other debug info is needed.
