 $ dpkg-query -S /usr/include/i386-linux-gnu/sys/ucontext.h 
 libc6-dev: /usr/include/i386-linux-gnu/sys/ucontext.h
 $ dpkg-query -W libc6-dev

What actual error message are you getting from your compiler, and with
what command line?
