Bug#636947: ldd tries to call lddlibc4

If I run ldd on a non-ELF file, it tries to execute lddlibc4, but no 
such binary exist on modern Debian systems:

$ ldd /etc/fstab
/usr/bin/ldd: line 104: lddlibc4: command not found
        not a dynamic executable
