LOcalization of Debian Installer in Ossetian is currently starting.
A locale has been proposed upstream in
http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=12738, namely os_RU
It should be provided in next glibc release, but in case Debian can't
follow upstream for one reason or another, it would be nice to
cherrypick this locale.
