Bug#653446: ldconfig: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6.0.16-gdb.py is not an ELF file

Package: libc-bin,kibstdc++6-4.6-dbg
Severity: minor

Since some weeks, whenever ldconfig is run during an upgrade, I get
the following warning:

ldconfig: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6.0.16-gdb.py is not an ELF file - it has the wrong magic bytes at the start.

This means that either the .py file is in the wrong location, or
that ldconfig should not warn about those files.
