"Cuba DST ends November 13, 2011"
Hello.
I am part of the Network Administrators Group of the Havana University
(UH). One of my tasks for the day was to "synchronize" our servers
clock. The "cleanest" way I found was to re-build tzdata with the proper
data. This is my first time doing this, and (sincerely) all I wanted was
to get them with the "right time".
(Said that) here I left you my try for provide you the proper info so
you could update the package.
Thanks in advance.
