tzdata-java depends on tzdata=2011c-0squeeze1, while tzdata=2011d-0squeeze1
is a security fix and the latest version available in squeeze

This renders e.x. openjdk-6-jdk uninstallable.

Fix: apt-get install openjdk-6-jdk tzdata=2011c-0squeeze1

But i think, then the security of the system is tainted.
